Absolute worst reception staff ever. Doctors see you for 2.5 seconds, verify you are alive (incompetently at that as one doc can't even take a blood pressure reading) and send you off with a prescription. Doctors quit constantly because they overwork them so bad and takes 6 months to get an appointment. One occasion it took 12 phone calls to get someone to call me back.
Update: A few days after this review was posted the company send me an email stating the account now has a zero balance.
This company has been sending me bills and I have no idea who they are. The bills have the names of my daughter and ex-wife but are sent to my address. I've called them and they tell me they can't find the account number or they can't discuss it because I am not the patient. Evidently, it's for my daughter - who's an adult - but they are sending me the bill. This smells of a scam company to me.
