No one (especially a first-time parent) should be on the receiving end of judgmental and harsh remarks. It was very unenjoyably to be made to feel like we were bad parents and not fully caring for our new baby.
My children have been patients at Advocare Main Line Pediatrics for 17 years. They have received the best care and attention by all the doctors and the nurses. Whenever I had a question or concern I was able to call the practice and speak to a nurse. Someone was always available and they were compassionate and willing to help. Dr. Langer, my kids primary doctor, is exceptional and when the kids saw other doctors at the practice the experience was the same.
Switching to Advocare Mainline Pediatrics is the best decision I've made for my child's health and wellbeing. From the second you walk in, the front desk staff greets you with a smile- and are prompt and attentive. The nurses and doctors are top notch and you feel like more than just a number here- they take their time and truly care and love what they do, and it shows.
We have been very happy with the outstanding care and service that Advocare offers. Dr.Rabinowitz has provided excellent medical treatment for our son and daughter. His positive approach and patience really help parents understand the situation and what steps to take. The nurses and staff are very kind and professional. I recommend Advocare to all my friends, but most say they already go there!
We understand that doctors have a duty to advise (sometimes strongly urge) patients as to things they "should" and "shouldn't" do but there is a right way to deliver that message. The term bedside manner comes immediately to mind.
My wife and I just had our first child and are so happy. We heard great things about this practice and found Dr. Devon and Dr. Rabinowitz to be wonderful. Unfortunately, we had a much less pleasant experience with another doctor as well as an administrative worker there.
